Welcome to ClickTech Hub. Please take a moment to read these Terms and Conditions (the ”Terms”), as they form the agreement between you, as a user of ClickTech and us, as the provider of ClickTech Hub.
By using our product ClickTech Hub (the ”Service”), you agree to abide by these Terms.
1. Who We Are
- ClickTech Hub is an educational platform created by ClickTech Solutions Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales with company number 9899629 whose registered office is located at Leytonstone House 3 Hanbury Drive, Leytonstone, London, E11 1GA (”we”, ”us”, ”our”).

2. Eligibility
By using the Service, you confirm that you:
- have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement with us;
- agree to these Terms;
- are at least 16 years old (and, if you're under 18, have your parent's permission);
- are not located in a country that is subject to a UK / EU / US government embargo, or that has been designated by the US government as a “terrorist supporting” country; and
- are not listed on any UK / EU / US government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
If you are not eligible or do not intend to use our Service in accordance with these Terms, please do not purchase a subscription or use our Service.
3. What We Offer
- The Service provides access to our AI assistant, training, tools, insights, playbacks, partnerships and community. For a full list of functionality available, please see our Website at https://clicktech.com/hub
We may also promote some of our other products through our Website or the Service, including advertising the products on our Website and offering you special offers for our other products whilst you are using our Service. These Terms do not apply to these other products, even if you sign-up to those other products as part of a special offer provided to you through our Service. Please read the applicable terms and conditions for those products before signing up to them. The products which are currently covered by separate terms are as follows:
We are proud of the Service that we provide, and we will do our best to ensure that:
- Our Service is provided with reasonable skill and care.
- Our content is accurate and up-to-date (at the time it is published).
- Our Service and Website are always available to access (except where we are undertaking maintenance, which we will try to carry out overnight or at weekends).
However, you should be aware that:
- Depending on the nature of the content, statements may represent a statement of opinion rather than a statement of fact (and may not necessarily reflect our opinion).
- Information and circumstances and guidance may have changed between the time that the content was published and the time that you are viewing it.
- Our Service is not designed to be used in circumstances where there is a threat to life, health, wellbeing or property, and in such circumstances you must always seek professional / specialist advice.
Our AI Chat Assistant is powered by artificial intelligence. As with any artificial intelligent product, there are a few important things to be aware of when using AI Chat Assistant:
- The responses provided by AI Chat Assistant are generated automatically and not checked by humans before being sent to you. There is therefore a risk that responses may be incorrect, nonsensical or otherwise inappropriate.
- AI Chat Assistant is not authorised to make any kind of promise or representation on our behalf. Any response provided by AI Chat Assistant is not binding on us in any manner and does not necessarily represent our opinion or position.
- Any input which you provide to AI Chat Assistant may be used to train the artificial intelligence tool which powers AI Chat Assistant. You should therefore not include any confidential information or personal data in your input or anything else that you are not comfortable being used to train the model or potentially appearing in responses provided to other users.
- The Service is intended for your personal development only. Whilst the skills gained may help you in a business or professional capacity, we do not guarantee that using our Service will result in any particular financial or other outcome or bring you any particular benefit. We recommend that you seek professional advice in connection with any professional or business endeavour.
- We may from time to time make changes to the Service and content available through our Site to improve functionality or usability, ensure that our content remains accurate, up-to-date and relevant, add new features, remove obsolete features, fix errors and address feedback received from users.
- It is important that you exercise particular care when utilising our AI Chat Assistant, including verifying any results by checking other sources. You must not place any reliance on any information provided by AI Chat Assistant.
- We may from time to time offer you the opportunity to take challenges, tests or similar assessments. Any assessment of this nature is purely for your benefit to enable you to monitor your progress, and does not guarantee that you have any particular competence, nor can it (or should it) be used to certify your competence to any other person
- Any content posted on our community forum is posted by another user of the Service (unless it is clearly indicated as being posted by us). We are not responsible for the actions of other users, and if you choose to use the community forum you should be aware that you may come across information that is incorrect, offensive or otherwise inappropriate. Any opinions expressed by users of our community forum may not reflect our own opinion.
4. Subscription Plans
- Use of the Service is subject to you signing up to a subscription plan and paying the applicable fee.
- We may offer a trial period which allows you to try out the Service at a reduced price for a limited period. If you sign up for a trial period, your use of the Service during the trial period will be governed by the standard provisions of these Terms, except where special rules for the trial period are expressly set out.
- If you decide that you do not wish to continue using the Service after the expiry of your trial period, you may select the appropriate option to cancel auto-renewal of your subscription in your account settings. You must do this at least 24 hours before the trial period ends. If you choose not to auto-renew, your right to use the Service will end on the expiry of the trial period. Otherwise, your subscription will continue at the standard pricing unless and until you cancel it in accordance with these Terms.
- After a trial period (or if there is no trial period), your subscription will continue to auto-renew unless and until you choose not to auto-renew by choosing the appropriate option in your account settings. For the cancellation to be effective, you must do this at least 24 hours before the start of your next billing period (for example, if you are paying monthly, you can cancel up to 24 hours before the start of the next monthly period). If you cancel auto-renewal, your right to use the Service will end on the expiry of the current billing period. Otherwise, your subscription will continue and you will be billed for the next billing period.
- We're sure that you will find our Service of value. However, if it's not for you for any reason, you can take advantage of our money-back guarantee. If you would like to do so, please contact us through our Support Center within 30 days of signing up, confirming that you would like to cancel and receive a refund under our money-back guarantee. You don't need to give a reason, but we always welcome feedback, so it would be great if you could tell us why you are unhappy with our Service. Upon receipt of your request we will promptly cancel your subscription and refund all amounts that you have paid for the Service.
- We reserve the right to temporarily suspend your access to our Service or to cancel your subscription if (a) you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, (b) we discover that you are not eligible to use or Service or (c) you breach these Terms (although if your breach is capable of remedy, we will give you a reasonable opportunity to put it right before we terminate).
- We also reserve the right to decide not to allow renewal of a subscription plan. If this happens, we will let you know and your subscription plan will end on the expiry of the current billing period.
5. Pricing and Payment
- When you sign up for a subscription, we will confirm the standard subscription price and the frequency with which we will bill you (as well as any reduced price for a trial period). For any trial period, we will bill you at the reduced price, and for any subsequent billing period, we will bill you at the standard subscription price.
- We may from time to time make changes to our pricing. If these changes affect the price you need to pay, we will contact you and let you know the revised pricing. If you are unhappy about the revised pricing, you can cancel your subscription in your account settings. Otherwise, we will start to bill you at the revised price from the start of the next billing period.
- When you sign up for your subscription, you must provide a method of payment (for example, payment card or PayPal). By providing us with payment details, you authorise us to continue to bill you using that method for as long as you have your subscription with us.
- You can change the payment method that you use to pay for your subscription at any time through your account settings. If the payment method that you are using becomes unavailable for any reason (for example, your payment card expires), you must update your payment details so that we can continue to collect payment.
- We bill for our services through PayPal or other payment providers (Visa, Mastercard and others). Your payment method will be charged according to your subscription plan. It's your responsibility to cancel your subscription in time.
6. Use of Information and Intellectual Property
- All the information, text, images, graphics, marks, logos, compilations (meaning the collection, arrangement or assembly of information), data, other content, software and materials available through or at our Website or the Service constitutes our property or property of third parties.
- You are entitled to access our Service and use our content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not share access to our Service or any of our content with any other person.
- If you submit content to our Service, for example posting in our community forum, you will retain the rights in that content, but you agree that we may use your content in connection with the performance of the Service. We also have the right to edit or remove content from our community forum in our absolute discretion.
- If you use our AI Chat Assistant, you will retain ownership of any input and you will own the rights in any responses (and we hereby assign all rights in the responses to you). However, it is important to be aware that due to the nature of the AI Chat Assistant, responses provided to you may be similar or identical to responses provided to other users. The assignment to you of rights in the responses does not prevent us from generating such responses for other users or prevent those other users from using those responses. In addition, your input and the responses may be used to provide, review and improve our services, including to train the tool as described above.
- If you believe your intellectual property rights have been violated, contact us through the Support Center. We may request additional information and delete or disable content alleged to be infringing and we may also terminate accounts of repeat infringers.
7. Third-Party Websites and Advertisements
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites and advertisements for third-party products or services. We're not responsible for these third-party websites and advertisements, and any use of those websites or any services or products referred to in third-party advertisements is at your own risk, and may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
Some links to third-party websites are affiliate links, which means that we may receive a referral payment in return for you clicking the link and/or purchasing products or services from the third-party website. The referral payments are part of the revenue that we generate from offering the Service and help us to keep our prices low. We are entitled to retain any referral payments we receive.
8. Compliance
The Service are provided in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. You may use the Service in other countries, but we do not guarantee compliance with the laws of any other country (except that this paragraph does not affect your rights under any law applicable in your country where we are not permitted to exclude the effect of that law).
9. Acceptable use of the Service
You must not:
- Access or use the Service for any purpose other than that for which we make the Service available.
- Retrieve data or other content from the Service to create or compile, directly or indirectly, a collection, compilation, database, or directory without written permission from us.
- Access the Service through automated or non-human means, including without limitation, any spider, robot, third-party artificial intelligent tool, scraper, or offline reader that accesses the Service, or using or launching any unauthorised script or other software.
- Make any modification, adaptation, improvement, enhancement, translation, or derivative work from the Service.
- Access the Service in connection with creating a product, service, or software that is, directly or indirectly, competitive with or in any way a substitute for the Service, including to duplicate any part of the functioning of AI Chat Assistant.
- Circumvent, disable, or otherwise interfere with security-related features of the Service;
engage in unauthorised framing of or linking to the Service. - Decipher, decompile, disassemble, or reverse engineer any of the software comprising or in any way making up a part of the Service, including attempting to identify any part of the models, instructions or guardrails used by AI Chat Assistant.
- Attempt to bypass any measures of the Service designed to prevent or restrict access to the Service, or any portion of the Service, including attempting to circumvent any restrictions or guardrails built into the AI Chat Assistant or otherwise trying to cause it to respond in a way other than that which is intended.
- Do anything which is likely to damage our reputation or that of the Service.
- Use the Service in a manner inconsistent with any applicable laws or regulations or for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
Submit any content to our community forum or otherwise to any part of our Service which:
- Is inaccurate or expresses an opinion which is not genuinely held.
- Is likely to deceive any person.
- Is defamatory or derogatory of any person.
- Is obscene, offensive, hateful or inflammatory.
- Promotes sexually explicit material, violence, any illegal activity or discrimination based on race, sex, gender identity, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age.
- Infringes any copyright, database right, trade mark or other rights of any other person.
- Is made in breach of any legal duty owed to a third party, such as a contractual duty or a duty of confidence.
- Is threatening, abusive or invades a person's privacy, causes annoyance, inconvenience or needless anxiety, is likely to harass, upset, embarrass, alarm or annoy any other person.
- Advocates, promotes or assists any unlawful act, for example copyright infringement or computer misuse.
10. Our liability to you
- Our maximum financial responsibility to you in connection with these Terms or your use of our Service will be no more than the total amount that you have paid us for the use of the Service.
We are not responsible to you for the following types of loss or damage:
- Loss or damage of a kind that we could not reasonably have foreseen.
- Any commercial or business losses.
- Loss or damage which results from you failing to comply with these Terms or making use of the Service in a way or for a purpose other than that which was intended or agreed.
- However, nothing in these Terms is intended to limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for breach of your rights under applicable consumer law or otherwise where we are not permitted to limit or exclude our liability by law.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do so, we will post the updated Terms on our Website. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you can switch off renewal through your account settings or contact us through the Support Center.
12. Translations of these Terms
If we provide a translation of these Terms, it is provided for your convenience only. In case of any discrepancies between the English version and a translated version, the English version of the Terms (available at https://survey.clicktech.com/legal/terms) will prevail.
13. Dispute Resolution
- We work hard to ensure that all of our customers are satisfied with the services that they receive. In the unlikely event that you do experience a problem with your order, please contact us through the Support Center and we will try to resolve matters to your satisfaction.
- These terms are governed by English law and you or we can bring legal proceedings in respect of the any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms or your use of the Service in the English courts.
- In addition, if you live in a different part of the UK, you or we may bring legal proceedings in the courts in the part of the UK in which you live.
